These Terms & Conditions (together with any documents expressly referred to within them) set out the terms on which OPT Supplies supplies products (“Products”) listed on our website https://optsupplies.co.uk (“our site”) to you.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By ordering any Products from our site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or documentation without liability.
Availability and Delivery
We offer multiple shipping options and aim to keep delivery charges competitive. Shipping fees reflect costs incurred from third-party couriers and may be subsidised by us.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability and goods are returned, we will notify you by email. A refund for the Products (excluding delivery charges) will be processed within 7 days unless you request redelivery, in which case additional shipping charges will apply.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries. Couriers may leave parcels with neighbours where appropriate.
If you report non-receipt of a delivered parcel, please allow 3–5 working days for investigation. If a refund is issued and the parcel is later located, we reserve the right to recover payment unless the Products are returned.
Stock Availability
Products shown as “In Stock” are generally available for dispatch. In rare cases of stock unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund for the affected item(s). Remaining Products will be dispatched as normal.
Delivery Timeframes
While we aim to meet stated delivery timelines, delivery performance is dependent on third-party couriers. OPT Supplies is not liable for delays once items have been dispatched.
Customers are advised to place orders well in advance to account for unforeseen delays.
Risk and Title
Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the Products passes only once full payment, including delivery charges, has been received.
Price and Payment
Product prices and delivery charges are displayed on our site and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change, but such changes will not affect orders already dispatched.
If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it. Where appropriate, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order.
Payment must be made by credit or debit card. Identity and fraud prevention checks may be conducted using third-party verification services. These checks do not affect your credit rating.

Refunds and Returns
Returned Products will be inspected, and refunds processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds for defective Products will include the product price and delivery costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Certain items are excluded from returns, including personalised, perishable, made-to-measure items, and gift vouchers. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranty
All Products are warranted for twelve (12) months from delivery to:
- Match their description
- Be of satisfactory quality
- Be fit for purpose
This warranty applies only where Products are used in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
Our Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products and any foreseeable losses directly arising from our breach.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, business, profits, data, or management time.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, statutory breaches, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
Import Duties
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. You are responsible for all such charges and compliance with local laws.

You agree that communications with us will be primarily electronic. All electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written communication.
Notices
Notices to OPT Supplies must be sent via email to info@optsupplies.co.uk. Notices to you will be sent to the email or postal address provided during ordering.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights under this contract without our written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights at any time.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, or governmental actions.
